How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our comprehensive size chart which factors in height, weight, and chest measurements. If you fall between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or contacting our fit specialists for a personalized recommendation.
What is your return policy for performance wear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and trisuits must be tried on over underwear and show no signs of use.
How should I care for my neoprene products?
To extend the life of your wetsuit, rinse it with fresh water after every use, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and hang it using a wide-shouldered hanger to prevent creasing or damage to the neoprene.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, HUUB ships globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What happens if my wetsuit gets a small tear?
Small fingernail tears are common in high-performance neoprene and do not constitute a warranty claim. These can be easily repaired at home using neoprene glue. For structural seam failures, please contact our warranty team.
How long does standard delivery take?
Domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear for an upcoming race.
